Last year, Enact unveiled a significant enhancement to its solar design software, aimed at boosting the efficiency of solar installers. The new version is now available to installers across the globe. The new Enact for Installers update introduces rapid design and implementation features, including automatic height and pitch detection, revolutionizing the planning and execution of solar and energy storage projects.
Enact for Installers now includes innovative tools like auto-detect features, on-screen summaries, precise shading analysis, storage modeling, extensive data visualization, finance integration, and document management with DocuSign.
Enact for Installers presents a comprehensive cloud software platform that guides sales and installation professionals through every stage of the solar and storage journey. Utilizing high-resolution satellite imagery for remote design, the cloud platform swiftly generates proposals with detailed pricing and energy analytics. This accelerates sales pipeline growth and streamlines project management. The update empowers installers with data-driven precision in project designs, featuring seamless 3D modeling and shading analysis optimization.
Grow your business with better solar and storage monitoring
You can learn how the Enact Home solar monitoring platform can grow your business with the Enact team at Intersolar. Enact Home offers better consumer and installer outcomes. The platform tracks homeowner and commercial savings, generation and usage — offering personalized insights and recommendations.
In 2023, Enact released an updated Enact Home app — offering enhanced features for solar and storage owners. The platform is brand-agnostic and can work with virtually any solar panels, inverters and batteries. Enact Home is designed for both existing and new solar owners and offers personalized insights to optimize the solar experience.
Notable features include the ability to track daily and monthly savings for systems — and compare these savings to estimated performance. Users can do the same for energy generation. The app alerts users and installers if the system goes offline for 72 hours to quickly address concerns.
Additionally, Enact Home helps users monetize their system through the trading of Renewable Energy Certifications (or RECs). The RECs feature is only available for California homeowners and businesses.
