Solar Empower Interview

October 12, 2023

1. Can you tell us more about yourself and the company?

I founded Enact in 2014 with the aim of accelerating the transition to clean energy.

Enact provides an intelligent digital platform that makes the development and management of solar and energy storage projects easy, transparent and affordable for both home and business owners.

Enact’s platform enables solar sales teams to design, price and sell remotely, finalize contracts and track execution of solar projects. End-customers can also leverage Enact’s platform to manage their transition to clean energy storage and track financial outcomes.

We’re now transforming how solar and energy storage projects are designed, deployed and managed for thousands of users in over 20 countries.

2. Can you tell us what the main focus of your exhibition at “Intersolar’s Solar + Storage Event” will be?

This year, our main focus for the Intersolar exhibition is on two of our new product updates, which will further enhance the process of solar storage design and usage for our users.

As more battery companies launch in the US and Californian policy changes ahead of NEM 3.0, we want to showcase our powerful solar plus storage design capabilities. We have launched NEM 3.0 rates on our platform, so our users can easily visualise and showcase the impact of NEM 3.0 on savings and paybacks for their proposals.

Our consumer app has new powerful inbuilt capabilities of tracking system outages and managing referrals. We are also expanding the white-labelled usage of our app for solar providers and installers, to help our users build their brands.

3. What are your upcoming plans in 2023? What other events will you be participating in this year?

We’re excited to be exhibiting at a new show every month. Our next show is in Colorado, followed by NABCEP in March, and SolarCon in Utah in May. We’re also attending CALSSA events, as well as RE+ shows in Boston and Sacramento. We also have a large presence at the Solar Power International event in Las Vegas in September.
