ENACT SOLUTION

LaSalle Hotels, recently acquired by Pebblebrook Hotel Trust (publicly traded US REIT), partnered with ENACT SYSTEMS to seek independent design and procurement bid-services support and also utilize our Enact’s consumer platform solar asset management software on several facilities. The first solar project is operational now at the Chaminade Resort & Spa, at Santa Cruz, CA, installed by ENACT partner Nuance Energy. The Solar Project is a 385kW ground mount designed to save the hotel over $130k in electricity bills annually.
